Fuzzy Wuzzy Puppy

Yes, that is right. Our days of having a lightly shedding elkhound are over with, and they died a quick death too. The baby fuzz Torean had has left, and he has become a walking shed hound true to his breed. Torean has taken all of this with great amusement although he does find the longer grooming sessions to be a bit of a bore. The Furminator is taking it like a champ, but it is astonishing when the brush becomes full after only a couple swipes and fur begins flying everywhere decorating me, the floor, and the ottoman where I have to sit and chase Torean's fuzzy butt around the room when he gets sick of sitting still. I wonder if puppy wrestling is a sport? Hmm, bet I could win that...Will thinks I may be getting a tad obsessive about brushing Torean but I disagree. I was merely holding Torean on my lap so I could brush his fluffy pantaloons and get the massive pills of fur that was mocking me...wait...maybe that is obsessive??? Does that mean I have to admit Will is right? Shoot. Let's just move away from that subject and hope he ignores this blog hahahaha.. Torean just turned ten months old the other day, and it is hard for us to remember that he is still technically a puppy. Before long he is going to be a year old. How time has flown by. It seems like only yesterday we were bringing him home from Ohio. Torean has been such a delight and a challenge to have, and we can not wait to see what the future holds. On that note time to end this blog. Below is a picture of Torean fuzz, the picture does not do the amount of fur there justice, and Torean's ten month shot, freshly groomed and before the attack of Elkhound fur came. Have a great long weekend everybody!
